25 in 25….
7. Successfully eat a lobster
Done and done. Last night we went to Atlantic Fish so I could officially conquer my fear of viewing my dinner strolling around in a tank before I consumed it. Why I was so anxious about eating something you crack open with hilarious little instruments and dunk in a cup of butter remains unclear, but I am happy to report that cocktails helped with my nerves and the whole endeavor was rawther exciting and delicious.
(I did not eat the head. I don’t think you should ever eat anyone’s head. And really, if you don’t have your principles, what do you have in this world?)
Meanwhile, we are gaining on my 26th birthday. I have some ish to do.

I, too, am against eating heads. You should check out the Julia Child’s, The French Chef, on lobsters. Its hilarious and helpful.
